Captivating from the first pour, this ruby-hued Pinot Noir opens with an elegant bouquet of fresh rose, warm cedar, and a subtle touch of cinnamon and thyme. The palate unfolds with a vibrant core of red cherry, raspberry, and tart cranberry, all framed by exceptionally silky tannins that lead into a long, lingering finish. The fruit was handpicked from Calypte Vineyard, located in the Russian River Valley at an elevation of 500 feet. Aged 14 months in 50% new French oak. Unfiltered. Extremely limited production of 23 cases.
