Aromas of fresh apple, pear, tangerine, vanilla and caramel. Refreshing and balanced on the palate with bright acidity and a lingering finish. The fruit was handpicked at night from Calypte Vineyard, barrel fermented and aged sur lie with batonnage for 14 months in 50% new French oak. Extremely limited production at 45 cases.
