Bright yellow straw hue, fresh and lifted with honeysuckle, ripe pear and tangerine aromas. Medium bodied, it delivers ripe fruit of green melon, candied lime and delicate baking spices throughout the palate. Soft textured fresh and floral. The fruit was handpicked from Calypte Vineyard, located in the Russian River Valley at an elevation of 500 feet. Barrel fermented and aged sur lies for 15 months. 50% new French oak. Extremely limited production of 48 cases.
