The 2023 Elaine Calypte Vineyard Chardonnay from the Russian River Valley spent 17 months sur lie with bâtonnage in 40% new French oak, giving it both depth and elegance. The nose opens with scents of white peach, lemon blossom, and quince, laced with hints of vanilla cream and wet stone. On the palate, it reveals bright flavors of golden apple, honeydew, and a touch of ginger spice, all carried on a smooth and polished texture. Extremely limited production at 49 cases.
