Bright straw hue with aromas of honeysuckle, butterscotch and fresh apple. Full bodied, it delivers notes of vanilla, caramel apple and baking spices on the palate. Rich and creamy texture. The fruit was handpicked from Calypte Vineyard, located in the Russian River Valley at an elevation of 500 feet. Barrel fermented and aged sur lies for 15 months in 50% new French oak. Unfiltered. Extremely limited production of 23 cases.
